- The kick-off meeting between Bright Ins. and Data
Quest was held to initiate the ISO consulting and
certification process. The meeting covered project
objectives, scope, and expectations, setting the stage for a structured and effective consulting engagement.
- Data Quest began the process with thorough data
gathering through meetings, gap analysis, and
questionnaires. This initial phase aimed to identify
current practices, pinpoint areas for improvement, and
understand the specific needs of Bright Ins. in relation
to ISO certification.
- We conducted walkthrough sessions for the client to
familiarize them with ISO standards, the certification
body, accreditation body, IAF, traceability, and other
related concepts, ensuring they had a comprehensive
understanding of the entire certification process.
During the coaching phase, we trained Bright Ins. employees on ISO 9001 implementation, using examples relevant to their specific scope and sector to enhance understanding. This preparation was crucial for equipping Bright Ins. employees for the management system implementation phase.
During the documentation phase, Data Quest's qualified consultants held multiple meetings with the client to ensure smooth progress and establish a management system within their organization. We covered all necessary ISO 9001 documents to facilitate comprehensive compliance.
- Data Quest conducted numerous site visits to ensure smooth implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across various departments, providing direct support and alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation: In collaboration with department heads and managers, we implemented relevant policies and procedures tailored to each department's needs, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Internal Audit: A comprehensive internal audit was conducted to identify gaps and areas for improvement, preparing the organization for the external audit.
